I had met a force Sure to break me down In a pool of my own blood I was sure to drown. He said, " You can't be this innocent, You can't be this sweet. I will deny you of your wings And you can join me below in my hellish heat." He proceeded to attack, Stripped me of my wings.. But I sensed God was present So I didn't feel a thing.
